Terms of Service

Effective date: November 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of Moa, a web analytics and client reporting service operated by Eunha Labs Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Moa, you agree to these terms.

Terms of service · Refund policy · Privacy policy

1. The service

Moa lets you add a tracking script to websites you operate, view traffic and conversion statistics, check tracking issues and prepare reports for your clients. Moa is currently in an invite-only beta, and features may change.

2. Your account

3. Websites you track

4. Plans and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page; in Korea prices are in KRW, elsewhere in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Each plan includes a monthly pageview allowance. If you go over it, we keep collecting your data and will contact you to suggest a suitable plan.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Your data

The statistics collected from your websites belong to you. We process them only to provide Moa to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

7. Acceptable use

8. Availability

We work to keep Moa available and back up data daily, but during the beta we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Moa is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with its effective date and give at least 7 days’ notice, or 30 days for changes that are unfavourable to you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be handled by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
